I've eaten here many times now and every experience has been good. I always pick up and take it home to eat. There are plenty of options to pick from. Pretty much something for everyone. I normally stick to tuna and salmon. There are lots of veggies to add. The sauces are good. The wasabi aioli and spicy mayo are my favorites.

Tried this place during a business trip to Charlotte. The location is not far from the airport so it's pretty convenient to get there after the flight. Ordered the Seoul signature poke but since I'm allergic to mango, I asked to drop mango and the staff was really kind to allow me substitute for another topping. Added kimchi instead. The bowl was super fulfilling and fresh. I really enjoyed my meal there. The ambience was also quiet and cozy. Would strongly recommend

I LOVE Seoul! I have introduced it to several friends and highly recommend to all. The food is fresh. The restaurant is always clean. And the team is friendly. If I could eat there every week, I would. Seoul gets a 5 out of 5 for me!

Amazing every time, so fresh. Really only do not like the brown boxes it comes in. But that's just preference, I feel like this place needs to be hyped up more because of the amazing quality. Every time I come in no wait, fresh, always pretty empty inside. Love this spot .
